Strawberry Frozen Yogurt (Sữa Chua Dâu Tây Đông Lạnh)

Strawberries are on sale at our local grocery stores. So we decided to make a treat for our kids, a delicious treat for summer days or just any days, Strawberry Frozen Yogurt (Sữa Chua Dâu Tây Đông Lạnh). This gluten-free recipe requires only 3 simple ingredients. We usually make our own yogurt instead of buying them, so this recipe costs us about 50 cents for 4 servings and priceless to see our kids watching the ice-cream maker at work.

Equipment you will need: a food processor and an ice cream maker. However, both are optional :). You can put small chunks of strawberry in the yogurt instead of pureeing them. You can freeze the yogurt instead of using the ice-cream maker. However, using ice-cream maker enhances the taste of the dessert; it will be more delicious and creamier than not using the maker. Using the machine will also save much of my time to complete the freezing process. Instead of waiting for 6-7 hours for the yogurt to be frozen, I spent about 25 minutes in total.
