Ingredients
  

  • 4 lb chicken thighs (or any parts)

For the Spicy Marinated Sauce

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp shallots (minced)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together all the "Spicy Marinated Sauce" ingredients.

  • Thoroughly rub the chicken with the sauce. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)


  • Place the marinated chicken on a baking pan lined with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.

  • After 25 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven. Brush marinated sauce onto both sides of the chicken. Bake for another 25 minutes more.

Cách làm (Vietnamese Instructions)

  • Trộn đều nguyên liệu làm nước sốt.
  • Ướp gà với nước sốt ít nhất hai tiếng hoặc qua đêm trong tủ lạnh.
  • Bật lò nướng khoảng 190°C.
  • Lót khay nướng với giấy bạc. Cho gà vào và nướng khoảng 25 phút.
  • Sau đó, lấy gà ra và quết thêm nước sốt và nướng thêm 25 phút nữa.
