- 1 lb strawberry
- 1/2 cups yogurt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tsp sugar (or honey)
- 1 cup ice (optional)

- Cut off the tops of strawberries. Then cut in half.
- Place strawberries and other ingredients in a blender. Cover the lid and blend until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry smoothie into 4 tall glasses.
