Instructions
  1. Soak dried shrimps in hot water for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
  2. Cut green onions in half. Chop the top and mince the remaining.
  3. Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat. Add minced onion. Stir until fragrant. Add shrimps and stir fry for 2 minutes. Transfer the shrimps into a bowl. Set aside.
  4. Return the pan to the stove. Add butter. Then add corn. Stir fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Add fish sauce or salt to taste. Then add shrimps and cook for 1 minute. Add green onions. Stir quickly for a few seconds. Remove from heat right away.


  6. Transfer the corn into a serving dish. Serve immediately.
