- 4 lb chicken thighs (or any parts)
For the Spicy Marinated Sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp chili sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp lemongrass (minced)
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp shallots (minced)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

- Trộn đều nguyên liệu làm nước sốt.
- Ướp gà với nước sốt ít nhất hai tiếng hoặc qua đêm trong tủ lạnh.
- Bật lò nướng khoảng 190°C.
