  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the “Sauce ingredients” until smooth.
  2. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Place into a bowl. Crack in one egg and mix well to coat.


  3. Coat the chicken with flour (mixed with salt.)
  4. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat or until golden brown. Place the fried chicken on a dish lined with paper towel.
  5. Drain off oil in the pan. Place it back to the stove. Add garlic and ginger. Stir until fragrance. Place in the fried chicken. Give it a good stir. Pour in the orange sauce. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes or until reach to your desired consistency.
