Chinese Sausage Fried Rice Recipe (Cơm Chiên Lạp Xưởng)

Growing up in Vietnam, fried rice was a dish that we would eat almost every week. It’s a way to use up the leftover cooked rice that we kept in our fridge. In this easy and quick recipe, Chinese Sausage Fried Rice (Cơm Chiên Lạp Xưởng), we’ll need to use steamed rice, best if kept over night in the fridge. We’ll also need Chinese sausage, sweet corn and green pea. You can use the frozen bags of corn and pea at super markets. You’ll need a stir fry pan and a non-stick fry pan.
