Ingredients
For the “Marinated ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a pork bowl, combine well with all the “Marinated ingredient.” Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Add sugar into a large pot. Cook until golden brown. (If the caramel sauce is burn, discard and remake it.)
  3. Place in the marinated pork. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Pour in coconut juice. Place in the hard boiled eggs.


  4. Skim off the foam occasionally.
  5. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours on medium low heat. Remove the lid and increase the heat to high. Cook for 10 minutes more.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and served with steamed rice and steamed vegetables or with pickled mustard green.
