Orange Chicken Recipe (Ga Sot Cam)

Our daughter asks if we can make the orange chicken that she likes from Panda Express. We also like to make the dish to be sure that it doesn’t have any undesirable stuff in it. So, now we share with you this recipe, how to make Orange Chicken (Cách Làm Gà Sốt Cam). This is a Chinese dish with Hunan origin, sometimes also called tangerine chicken, orange flavored chicken, etc. The chicken is sweet and (optionally) spicy. This home-made recipe uses fresh orange peel and juice. Since we’re using fresh orange juice and zest, the chicken turns out flavorful and fragrant.
