Recipe for Breakfast Ham Egg Cup (Giăm Bông Trứng Nướng)

Last weekend, we made a really quick and easy breakfast recipe, Ham Egg Cup (Giam Bong Trung). It took 15 minutes to have them ready. Main ingredients are eggs, ham, bread, and cheese. For the eggs, you can make them runny or firmly cooked for kids. Our daughter loved this new dish. For the leftover, we kept them in the fridge and baked them again next morning in a toaster oven at 400°F for 10 minutes.
